Policy Committee
The Act provides for the establishment of a Policy Committee to advise the Agency on policy and procedures relating to the performance of its claims management and risk management functions.
The members of the Committee are :
- Dr. Noel Whelan (Chairman), Vice President External, University of Limerick.
- Ms. Deirdre Hanlon, Principal Officer, Department of Finance.
- Ms. Anne Marie Hayes, Financial Accountant.
- Ms. Niamh Moran, Solicitor
- Mr. Tony Delany
- Brigadier General Christopher Moore (retired)
- Mr. Brendan Phelan
