The State Claims Agency will shortly be seeking applications from Senior Counsel for appointment to a panel of barristers for the provision of legal services for the purposes of the Clinical Indemnity Scheme (CIS) and the General Indemnity Scheme (GIS).

The State Claims Agency will be accepting new applicants and reminds any Senior Counsel on the current panel, who wish to be appointed to new claims in future, that they must apply for this new panel, which, at the conclusion of this process, will replace the current panel of Senior Counsel barristers.
